Who's behind it

The academy is a private enterprise.
We are a team of three, covering the following main areas:
Therapy & Education, Planning & Operations and Marketing.

We are truly committed to our work, however, please keep in mind we are human, we do make mistakes and there is room for improvement! So as soon as you notice any faults or shortcomings, please let us know. You can do this via the appropriate section Easy Navigation & Contact in the section THE ACADEMY. There you can read a bit more on how much we appreciate feedback and constructive criticism.

Bach Therapy & Education and Holistic is covered by me, Alexandra Zlatarova, PhD, BFRP.
This is the place where you usually will fill find attached a ton of diplomas, certificates, licenses and similar, “proving” some level of knowledge and skills. But how could we know which of those have cover and which are simply paper?!? And yes, I could attach my PhD Diploma in Molecular Biology and yes, it has cover – active research work and publications. Yes, I can attach my license as a Registered Practitioner at the International Registry of the Dr Edward Bach Foundation and as Teacher. Those are not obtained for my blue eyes either! I could quote my broad biology knowledge and good overview of a number of holistic systems, techniques and approaches. This matters! But will it have true value for you?!? When we are in suffer and pain and are vulnerable, when we have a problem, the most important to us is to find someone truly compassionate who would give us understanding and acceptance and not judgement! Somebody to give us all the attention we need, who would focus all available resources and skills to support us! This is not taught in courses or at universities, there is no diploma for this. Those qualities of ours are expressed and perceived in our communion. Hence you are more than welcome to come for such talk with coffee and tea (in other words – for an individual session) and get your own notion!

Planning & Operations are covered by Hu, an amazingly organized person! He takes care of us having a proper action plan to follow, adequate timelines, lean organisation and in general that everything moves smooth according to schedule, that there is no blunder and scion.
In case you book a Vacation Education week, Hu is the person who is going to support you with your planning and logistics for your trip. You can truly rely on him identifying the best routes, prices etc. Here he combines his great experience and natural skills in putting everything in perfect order with his great knowledge and love for travel – he used to be a tour-guide for quite some years!

Marketing is covered by Simona, a truly creative and committed lady full of great ideas on how we can reach out to you. Nowadays it is hard to find somebody specialised in marketing, who has true understanding and commitment to the health and well-being of the client and who has a pure and uncorrupted by the commercial business consciousness. This is her – she would not try to sell you ice if you are an Eskimo! In contrast she would make everything possible to give you access to fresh fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price, despite that the fact that you find yourself in some igloo in Alaska! Using Bach Remedies herself, Simona is from those dedicated to sharing the benefit with others as well. This exactly is the thing that brought her to providing her great knowledge and skills in her area to the Academy.
